A safe space for your emotional well-being

I'm Violeta, a psychologist, and I've created this space to accompany you in your emotional well-being journey.

Let me tell you how I got here...

The Roots

Where it all began

Since I was young, I've always felt a deep curiosity about understanding people. Why do we feel what we feel? What moves us to act one way or another? How can we accompany someone in their pain without being speechless?

Those questions led me to psychology, but it wasn't just intellectual curiosity: it was a vocation of service, a deep need to be present for others, to offer a space where someone could feel heard, understood, and accompanied.

I come from a family where talking about emotions wasn't easy. That taught me from a very young age the importance of creating safe spaces where people can be vulnerable without fear. That is the heart of my work.

The Trunk

My training and specialization

Academic training gave me the tools, but experience and continuous training taught me to use them with humanity.

My solid foundation in clinical psychology, where I learned the importance of scientific evidence and professional rigor.

Specialization in Couples Therapy

Deepened in couples and family therapy, understanding relational dynamics and attachment.

Training in Mindfulness and Music Therapy

Continuing education

2019-Present

Integrated complementary tools such as mindfulness, music therapy, and art therapy to enrich my practice.

The Branches

My professional journey

Over a decade accompanying people in their processes of change and personal growth.

Over 10 years of experience in clinical psychology

I began my professional practice in public mental health centers, where I learned to work with a great diversity of people and issues. That experience taught me that each story is unique and that there are no magic formulas, only genuine processes of accompaniment.

Over 5,000 hours of individual and couples therapy

I've had the privilege of accompanying hundreds of people in their change processes: from overcoming traumas and grief, to working on self-esteem, anxiety, couple relationships, and personal growth. Each session continues to inspire and teach me.

Creation of "Psicología Violeta"

I decided to open my own practice to offer a truly personalized, warm, and professional space. "Psicología Violeta" was born as a place where people can feel safe, welcomed, and respected in their therapeutic process, combining human warmth with professional rigor.

The Leaves and Fruits

My values and way of working

Safety

Creating a judgment-free space where you can be yourself.

Respect

Your pace is mine. No pressure, only genuine accompaniment.

Integration

I combine the best of different approaches to adapt to you.

How do I work with you?

My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered. This means I combine techniques from different currents (cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, systemic) always adapting to your unique needs.

I believe in the therapeutic alliance: you are the protagonist of your process, I'm here to accompany you, listen to you actively, and offer you tools that help you find your own path.

In session, you'll find a space where there are no judgments, only understanding. We'll work from empathy, respect, and authenticity, always with a firm commitment to your emotional well-being.

Beyond the consultation room

To be able to accompany you, I also take care of myself

I firmly believe that to care well for others, I must first take care of myself. That's why, outside the practice, you'll find me enjoying music (both listening and playing the piano), exploring creativity through art, and spending time in nature.

I'm also a lover of books (both psychology and fiction), yoga and meditation, and those quiet cafes where I can reflect and recharge.

These passions not only nourish me personally, but also enrich my work with you. Music and art, for example, have become therapeutic tools that I integrate into my practice when appropriate.
